Critical Thinking Skills

Critical Thinking is a MUST HAVE Skill.

Ranked among one of the most important skills required, to enable positive growth and sustained business success in any industry today - it is paramount for companies to promote training in Critical Thinking.

Many executives are inclined to believe that these skills are only applied when there is a problem but that is not the case!

Critical Thinking is a way of thinking that not only solves problems effectively but through its very process, reduces the risk of mistakes being made and of problems possibly occurring in the first place!

And actually you apply it automatically in many daily decisions you make in your personal life that you might not be aware of.

Critical Thinking is not hard to do - you just have to know HOW to do it.

We can show you "the HOW" in this two-day course brimming with activities and case studies, including video clips and Ted Talks, exciting and fun exercises that you will participate in and which will build your confidence and improve your thinking capabilities.

Join this MUST HAVE Critical Thinking Skills course with me and begin to see the positive results as soon as you apply them back in your workplace, and also in your everyday life!

Critical thinking is perhaps one of the most valuable skills you can develop simply because it will minimize your chances of making mistakes which can be exceedingly costly in many ways and not only in business, but in your everyday life.

Becoming a critical thinker involves a number of processes which include acutely identifying and evaluating specific situations, being keenly aware of any contributing circumstances and the potential results of your final actions or plans. To be able to think critically, it is important to know how to evaluate various perspectives (yours and others) in order to identify the resources that are available to you, and to evaluate the short and long-term effects of taking a certain action.

This Critical Thinking training program helps participants to identify support structures, perspectives and arguments... and it assists them in knowing how to critically evaluate the advantages and the disadvantages of a proposed plan or action, making sure that the right decisions are made - the first time. And they will learn how to evaluate both or all sides of an argument and the technique of critical and probing questioning.

Participants will also understand how the brain thinks, the associated types of thinking. They will learn about emotions in decision making, and how, when and which emotions to use and to use appropriately.

Improving these fundamental skills is paramount to individual and organizational success across the whole spectrum of industry. Those who attend will learn things about themselves that they didn't know and make internal, personal discoveries that can literally change the way they think about and approach their work and life. They will understand the positive effects of critical thinking on both their personal and professional performance.
