Agenda (Day
I)
-
We review the
Foundations of Blue Ocean Strategy.
-
The need to move away
from conventional Red Ocean Strategy and
competitive traps associated with an
obsession with competitors and with
benchmarking.
-
Together we
re-invent, through exercises, the main
tools of Blue Ocean Strategy. You will
learn how to think out-of-the-box and
focus your thinking on customers and
non-customers, how to challenge the
industry conventional mental model and
simultaneously create superior value for
buyers and bring your own cost structure
down.
-
We share the findings
from the newest research (not yet
unpublished) on the recent
implementation of Blue Ocean Strategy in
actual companies.
