Brian Cole Miller, founder of Working Solutions, has 20 years experience in Training, Human Resources, and Organizational Development in various industries. He specializes in helping Front Line Leaders be more successful through training, coaching, and consulting.

Brian authored “Keeping Employees Accountable for Results” (AMACOM, 2006). He also authored the best-seller “Quick Team-building Activities for Busy Managers” (AMACOM, 2003), with dozens of fast activities that help busy leaders build and strengthen their teams. Most recent is “MORE Quick Teambuilding Activities for Busy Managers” (AMACOM, 2007), a follow up to his first best-seller with more activities and special guidance with virtual teams.

Brian has a BA in Economics and MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from California State University, 1985. Brian has been a keynote speaker and seminar presenter at various state, national and international conferences. Recently: Communications Workers of America (Toronto), International Association of Facilitators (Portland, Oregon), Society of Human Resources Management (Dallas).
