activity so the players engage
quickly and fully. |

Debriefing
Teambuilding Activities:
Participants learn what questions to
ask, and how to ask them, after an
activity. The discussion afterwards
is when the real learning from an
activity takes place, and must be
done effectively for the whole
experience to be effective.
Participants learn how to lead this
important discussion. |

Extending the Learning Beyond the
Activity: Participants discuss
and learn ways to extend the
learning from the activity, so that
the team uses what they learn back
on the job. |

Problems and Pitfalls to Avoid:
Participants learn how to avoid
and/or deal with the more common
problems that can thwart their
teambuilding efforts. They will also
learn how to adapt teambuilding
activities for virtual teams. |
